Motherboard, Coinbase Ordered to Turn Over Identities of 14,355 Cryptocurrency Traders to the IRS, November 29, 2017

A California federal court has ordered Coinbase to turn over thousands of records to the Internal Revenue Service.  Account activity, date of birth, addresses, and names were sought for any users who sold, bought, received, or sent more than $20,000 worth of Bitcoin between 2013 and 2015.

The Coin Telegraph, Vitalik Lays Out Ethereum 2.0 Roadmap In Taiwan, November 26, 2017

Future plans for the Blockchain technology based platform were discussed in Taipei, Taiwan by Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin.  Buterin discussed four areas of improvement for Ethereum, which included privacy, consensus safety, smart contract safety and scalability.
